My tot and I are still continuing our dinosaur adventures. Today we did a sensory activity even big brothers joined in on all the fun. Click on the image below to check out Day 1 activities.

This is an easy and fun sensory for any dinosaur lover. It takes a bit of preparation ahead of time, but once all the material are ready its quick and easy to set up.

Dinosaur Eggs Hatching

You will need to collect egg shells, when cracking the eggs don't crack them all the way. You need just enough of a space to take the egg contents out. Make sure to wash your eggs very well, and save as many as you think you will need.

Once I collected all my eggs I purchased some Jello packets and made the jello according to the directions. Pour the jello inside your egg shells and place it in the fridge over night. That is it! Set up your sensory bin and let your toddler enjoy "hatching" the dinosaur eggs :).

I made a little nest for the eggs and added a mamma dinosaur guarding her eggs.

You can add as many things dinosaur related into the bin, clean up is also super easy since everything was inside the bin.
