Art Around the World: Japan Cherry Blossom Tree

Kon'nichiwa,

Our Art Around the World has been a hit with the boys, they can't wait to see what we create from the countries we're studying. Today's art project comes to you from Japan. The boys created a Cherry Blossom Tree. We used popcorn for our blossoms, I colored them with a little bit of pink food coloring which they loved.

  1. I LOVE this post! What a great craft for kids to do. I am a girl scout leader to 5 and 6 year old Daisy scouts, and have been searching for a craft to do with our Japan fun patch, and I think this is it! Can I reblog this tutorial when I blog that patch?
