Homeschool Weekly Wrap Up Post

I can't believe its already Friday, time is really flying. We are close to the end of our school year and I for one can't wait to take a long summer break. This will be the first year we are going to take a summer break. Do you guys take a summer break or school all year long?

Here are some of the things we did this week.

Tot-School:
My toddler and I did some spring crafts this week. He painted a bee and made a sunflower paper plate craft.

Independent Studies:

The boys have completed a lot of the their independent subjects including All about Spelling.

Geography:
We studied about China, South Korea, and Japan. We built The Great Wall of China, played a popular Korean game and read some good books.

History:
We completed chapter 11 which deals with ancient Africa. We read some African folktales "Anansi the Spider." We made a spider craft and hand/foot print designs.
