Hi guys! I've been getting some questions over on Instagram, about where I get all the activities I do with the boys for Islamic Studies. I thought I would put together the lessons we've done so far and share it with all of you. If you are going through the seerah of the Prophet (SAW) with your kids , this is for you.
I have included lesson plans, suggested reading, videos, crafts, hands on activities, role playing, and more. I only have the first two lessons released so far, but I will add more lessons as we go through them. You can purchase these lessons on my TPT store.
Lesson 1
This lesson focuses on the story of King Abraha when he tried to destroy the Kabah. The kids will answer comprehension questions and do a role play activity. In the packet there is a video suggested that you can share with your kids or watch yourself to enhance the lesson
Lesson 2:
This lesson focuses on the birth of the Prophet (SAW) and his time in the desert with Halima Sadia. The kids will make a fun salt dough map and answer comprehension questions.
Along with all the hands on fun activities included you can keep track of the sequence of important events by using these timeline cards. These timeline cards are free on the blog and also included in the lesson plans.

You can hang up your timeline cards on a wall like we did or just keep them in your child's notebook.
I hope you enjoy these lesson plans and if you decide to use them please share pictures with us. We would love to see other families using them. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.
